As told to me by my Grandmother (may God rest her soul)......

My Grandmother told me that her Grandmother was Sioux Indian however, unfortunately she was taken as a wife and was kept away from the family. When my Grandmother was a little girl and she would go to her Grandparents home for family get togethers, her Grandmother had to stay outside away from the rest of the family. My Grandmother had to sneak outside for short visits to even talk with her own Grandmother. This is the way it was then. This was and is a real shame. Anyway, because there is no documentation of this marriage, in the eyes of the law I can not be affiliated with a Native Tribe.

There had been a complaint about me using the words Native American Flute on my site. The complainant stated that.....
"That is misleading the public and also against the law according to the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990." So, to clarify things I put the statement up on my site.
